§ 10-5. Same—Board of appeals.

Any person aggrieved by any decision or interpretation of the code official may appeal within 14 days of notice of such decision to the local board of building code appeals which is hereby also appointed as the board of fire prevention code appeals. The board shall function in conformity with Section 112 of the Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code.
