§ 13-52. Grace periods.

(a)

Purchasers of new or used motor vehicles are allowed a 90-day grace period, beginning with the date of purchase, during which to pay the registration fee imposed under this article.

(b)

New residents of the county are allowed a 90-day grace period, beginning with the date of residence in the county, during which to pay the registration fee imposed by this article.
