§ 15-9. Automated dialing devices.

No person shall install, sell, lease, use, or cause or allow to be installed, sold, leased or used an automated dialing service or system which is set or programmed to make direct contact with the county's enhanced 911 emergency telephone system. All automated dialing devices shall be required to connect to an emergency seven-digit number designated by the county to the alarm user at the time of permit application. A violation of this section shall constitute a class 1 misdemeanor.
