§ 15-52. Construction schedule and reports.

(a)

The grantee shall submit to the county a plan of any required construction for its system. The plan shall become a part of the franchise agreement. The plan shall include cable system design details, equipment specifications, design performance criteria, a map of the entire franchise area clearly delineating areas within the franchise area where the cable system will be available to subscribers and a time schedule for construction.

(b)

The grantee shall furnish the county administrator a progress report every three months after the start of construction until the project is complete. The report shall include a map that clearly defines the areas where cable service is available.

(c)

Copies of any agreements, reports, petitions, correspondence or other documents filed with any local, state or federal government relating to the grantee's operations within the county shall be made available to the county administrator upon request.
