§ 15-61. Interconnection.

The board may require the grantee to interconnect its cable television system with other cable television systems or other broadband communications facilities located in contiguous communities so long as such interconnection is for the benefit of subscribers within the county and reasonable market demand exists for interconnection. Such interconnection shall be made within 90 days of a request made by the board.
