§ 15-200. Taxicab stands.

(a)

The chief of police shall designate places in the streets of the county as taxicab stands and shall prescribe the number of taxicabs that may be parked or stopped in each stand at any one time.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for a driver to stop a taxicab at or near a taxicab stand when the maximum number of taxicabs prescribed for the stand are parked or stopped there. Only taxicabs may park at taxicab stands.
