§ 15-135. Same—Revocation.

(a)

The chief of police may revoke a dealer's permit if such dealer violates any reporting or recordkeeping requirements of this article or if such dealer is convicted by any court for violating any provision of this article.

(b)

Any false statement made on the application form voids the permit as if it had never been issued.
