Building numbers shall ascend from zero to the north and south from the Midlothian
Turnpike base line. The Jefferson Davis Highway base line is the beginning of the
2600 block west. The zero east west baseline runs north and south at the intersection
of Meadowville Road and East/West Hundred Road (State Route 10). The director of environmental
engineering is authorized to establish a system for numbering buildings which is not
inconsistent with this section and to change any building number pursuant to the provisions
of such system.
