§ 18-55.1. Basis for calculating off-site and oversized refunds.

(a)

The off-site and oversized refunds shall be based on a set price reimbursement schedule established by the director.

(b)

The developer shall become eligible for receiving off-site and oversized refunds when (i) the utility lines or facilities are placed in service and (ii) the developer submits to the director a final quantity and actual cost statement.
