§ 18-141. Administration.

(a)

The Chesterfield County Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program shall be approved and regulated by the Virginia Department of Health, Office of Water Programs and shall be administered by the director;

(b)

The department of building inspections shall administer and enforce the Uniform Statewide Building Code as it applies to the program.
