§ 1-6. Fines and costs.

(a)

All fines and costs collected under the provisions of this Code shall be paid to the treasurer of the county in the manner provided by the Code of Virginia and shall be credited to the appropriate county fund.

(b)

In the prosecutions under this Code, costs shall be taxed in the same amounts and in the same manner as prescribed by state law for misdemeanor cases.
