§ 2-46. Methods of procurement.

Latest version.

All public contracts with nongovernmental sources for the purchase or lease of goods, or for the purchase of services, insurance, or construction, shall be awarded in accordance with Code of Virginia Section 2.2-4303, as amended, unless otherwise authorized or provided for by law.
