§ 2-51. Withdrawal of bid for public construction contracts due to error; procedures allowed for withdrawal of bids other than construction contracts.

(a)

A bidder for a public construction contract, other than a contract for construction or maintenance of public highways, may withdraw his bid, and determinations regarding withdrawal of bids will be made by the procurement director, pursuant to the provisions of Code of Virginia Section 2.2-4330, as amended.

(b)

The county procurement director may establish procedures for the withdrawal of bids for other than construction contracts.
