§ 2-71. Status of volunteer fire departments and rescue squads for purpose of state Line of Duty Act.

  • The following volunteer fire departments and rescue squads, authorized and chartered to perform public service to the county, are hereby recognized as an integral part of the official safety program of the county for the purposes of the state Line of Duty Act:

    (a)

    Bensley-Bermuda Rescue Squad.

    (b)

    Ettrick-Matoaca Rescue Squad.

    (c)

    Forest View Rescue Squad.

    (d)

    Manchester Rescue Squad.

    (e)

    Bensley Fire Department.

    (f)

    Bon Air Fire Department.

    (g)

    Midlothian Fire Department.

    (h)

    Enon Fire Department.

    (i)

    Clover Hill Fire Department.

    (j)

    Matoaca Fire Department.

    (k)

    Wagstaff Circle Fire Department.

    (l)

    Chesterfield Volunteer Fire Department.

    Chester Fire Department.

    (n)

    Manchester Fire Department.
