§ 2-77. Off-duty employment of policemen and deputy sheriffs.

Police officers and deputy sheriffs are authorized to engage in off-duty employment that may require the use of their police powers in the performance of such employment. Any such employment shall be subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the chief of police and the sheriff for their respective departments.
