§ 2-100. Authority to consider petitions for the creation of community development authorities.

In accordance with the authority granted by Code of Virginia, § 15.2-5152(D), the county hereby elects to assume the power to consider the creation of community development authorities pursuant to Code of Virginia, tit. 15.2, ch. 51, art. 6.
