§ 3-3. Persons between 15 and 20 years of age.

(a)

No person conducting a dance establishment where alcohol is served shall allow any person between the ages of 15 and 20 to enter or remain in such dance establishment unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

(b)

Any such person conducting a dance establishment may allow persons between the ages of 15 and 20 to enter and remain in such dance establishment without a parent or legal guardian only if alcohol is neither served nor accessible to any patron, regardless of age.
