§ 3-21. Violations; penalties.

  • (a)

    Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Each day of violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a separate offense.

    (b)

    The county may institute a suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent a violation of this article.
