§ 3-62. Permit—Required.

It shall be unlawful for any procession or parade, except the armed forces of the United States, the military forces of the state, the police, fire and rescue forces of the county, and funeral processions, to occupy, march or proceed along any street or highway right-of-way in the county without first obtaining a permit from the chief of police of the county.
