Article I. GENERAL PROVISIONS |
§ 4-2. Boundary lines considered as lawful fences for certain animals.
The boundary line of each lot or tract of land within the county shall be a lawful fence as to any livestock domesticated by man. It shall be unlawful for the owner or manager to permit any livestock to run at large beyond the boundaries of the tract of land where the livestock is regularly confined.
