§ 4-28. Disposal of dead companion and wild or exotic animals.

  • The owner of any dead companion animal or wild or exotic animal as defined in section 4-3 shall immediately cremate or bury the same. If, after notice, any owner fails to do so, the animal warden shall bury or cremate the animal and he may recover his costs from the owner.
