§ 6-11. Designation of business location.

Latest version.
  • Every license to engage in any business, unless expressly authorized by law, shall identify the definite place of business as defined in this chapter. Engaging in the business elsewhere than at such definite place, unless expressly authorized by law, shall constitute a violation of the provisions of this chapter. When the license indicates that the licensee does not have a definite place of business in the county, the license shall designate the residence or place of business of the licensee wherever it may be. A licensee may request that the license for his business be updated to reflect a change in the definite place of business.
