§ 6-20. Revocation of license.

If the commissioner of the revenue determines that a licensee is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he shall have the authority to revoke any and all licenses issued to such licensee five days after notice of revocation is mailed, or three days after such notice is delivered, to the last known address of the licensee.
