§ 7-1. Central absentee voter precinct—Established.

There is hereby established a central absentee voter election precinct in the Office of the General Registrar, 9848 Lori Road, for the purpose of receiving, counting and recording all absentee ballots that are cast in all elections within the county. The central absentee voter election precinct shall receive, count and record all absentee ballots in accordance with the requirements of Code of Virginia, § 24.2-712, and all other state laws.
