§ 9-56. Motor vehicles owned by nonprofit organizations.

Motor vehicles owned by a nonprofit organization and used to carry out the purposes of the nonprofit organization by delivering meals to homebound persons or providing transportation to senior or handicapped citizens in the community shall constitute a classification separate from other classifications of tangible personal property.
