§ 9-58. Motor vehicles powered by clean special fuels.

(a)

Motor vehicles powered by clean special fuels shall constitute a classification separate from other classifications of tangible personal property.

(b)

For purposes of this section, "clean special fuels" shall include compressed and liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen, hythane and electricity.
