§ 9-144. Records of seller.

Latest version.

Each telephone service seller shall keep complete records showing all taxable purchases in the county, the price charged, the dates of service, the dates of payment and the amount of tax imposed. Such records shall be kept open for inspection by the county, and the county shall have the right to make copies of transcripts of the records during such time as it may desire.
