§ 9-259. Establishment of the Chesterfield Towne Center—Southport Area Service District.

Pursuant to Code of Virginia, § 15.2-2400 et seq., and to Sections 2.1 and 2.4 of the Charter of the County of Chesterfield, there is hereby created in the county the Chesterfield Towne Center—Southport Area Service District.
