§ 9-231. Creation of authority.

The Watkins Centre Community Development Authority (CDA) is hereby created as a political subdivision in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act (the "Act"). The CDA shall have the powers set forth in the Act.
