§ 9-238. Recordation of ordinance.

In accordance with § 15.2-5157 of the Act, the board hereby directs the clerk of the circuit court of the county to record a copy of this article in its land records for each tax map parcel included in the CDA district and to note the existence of the CDA district on the land records of the county.
