§ 9-240. Creation of authority.

The Lower Magnolia Green Community Development Authority (the "CDA") is hereby created as a political subdivision in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act, Chapter 51, Title 15.2, Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended (the "Act"). The CDA shall have the powers set forth in the Act.
