Article VI. SALE OF WATER FROM COURTHOUSE SUPPLY  

The board of supervisors of Chesterfield County, Virginia, be, and it is hereby, authorized and empowered to contract with any person, firm or corporation for the sale of water from its water supply system at the court house of said county, at such rates and upon such conditions as the said board may from time to time decide upon and require.
