§ 15-43. Acceptance of terms; limits on a grantee's recourse.

By accepting a franchise, a grantee accepts the validity of the terms of the franchise as they exist at the time the franchise is awarded or renewed. Grantee agrees that it will not, at any time, proceed against the county either directly or indirectly to challenge those provisions.
