§ 15-100. Inspection and enforcement.

This article shall be enforced by the police department and the health department. Further, these departments may inspect those areas of each massage clinic which are open to the public for the purpose of determining compliance with this article. Inspections shall be made at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner.
