§ 15-101. Penalties.

Any person who violates this article shall, in addition to being subject to the provisions of any other applicable ordinance or statute, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00 or by confinement in jail for a period not exceeding one year, either or both.
