§ 16-19. Same—Time of placing numbers on buildings; payment of cost.

Numbers shall be placed on existing buildings within 30 days after being assigned and shall be displayed on new buildings prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. The cost of the numbers shall be paid for by the property owner.
