§ 18-145. Right of entry.

The director, bearing proper identification, shall have the right to enter any and all buildings, structures or properties during reasonable hours for the purpose of making assessments of uses or hazards; for the purpose of identifying and inspecting cross connections and backflow prevention methods, assemblies and devices; and reviewing applicable records.
