§ 2-53. Certification of compliance.

All employees having official responsibility for procurement transactions shall certify annually for such transactions in which they participated that they have fully complied with the provisions of this article and of Chapter 2, Article 6, of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (Ethics in Public Contracting, Code of Virginia Sections 2.2-4367, et seq.).
