§ 2-54. Applicability of state law.

This article should be read in conjunction with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (Code of Virginia, §§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) to apply to contracts for the procurement of goods, services, insurance, and construction entered into by the county. The provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall apply unless specifically modified by a provision of this article, or pursuant to the provisions of section 2-43.
