§ 3-14. Same—Denial; modifications or amendments to applications.

If the board determines that plans submitted are inadequate to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the county, the board may refuse to issue a permit, or require an applicant to modify plans submitted with the application. If a permit is denied, the county administrator, or his designee, shall mail a written denial, including the reasons for the denial, to the applicant at the address indicated in the application.
