§ 3-14. Same—Denial; modifications or amendments to applications.

  • If the board determines that plans submitted are inadequate to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the county, the board may refuse to issue a permit, or require an applicant to modify plans submitted with the application. If a permit is denied, the county administrator, or his designee, shall mail a written denial, including the reasons for the denial, to the applicant at the address indicated in the application.
