The owner's name and address;
(2)
The date of payment;

The period for which issued;
(4)
The tag's serial number; and
(5)
Whether the license is for a male, female, or spayed or neutered dog or kennel.
The treasurer shall retain the information received and make it available for public inspection for the period during which the license is valid. The treasurer may establish substations in convenient locations in the county and appoint agents for the collection of the license tax and issuance of the license.
