§ 4-34. Effect of dog not wearing collar as evidence.
Any dog not wearing a collar bearing a current license tag shall be deemed to be unlicensed and in any proceedings under this article the dog's owner shall have the burden of proving that the dog has been licensed, or was not required to wear a tag at the time.
