§ 9-247. Recordation of ordinance.

In accordance with Code of Virginia, § 15.2-5157, the board hereby directs the clerk of the circuit court of the county to record an abstract of the ordinance from which this article derived in its land records for each tax map parcel included in the CDA district and to note the existence of the CDA district on the land records of the county. Additionally, all subdivision plats on property located within the CDA shall contain a note referencing this article.
