§ 18-58. Connection to the utility system.

A separate service shall be required for all dwelling units, all townhouses, all manufactured homes not located in a manufactured home park, and each unit of all two-family dwellings. A master water meter shall be installed to serve manufactured home parks, multi-family dwellings, office buildings and other multi-unit developments except when the director requires separate meters and service laterals.
